May Tour With Lady Lamb The Beekeper Confirmed

The first single from Brooklyn's Xenia Rubinos Hair Receding is out now ahead of the April 23 release of her debut album Magic Trix, via Ba Da Bing Records.
Featuring ten aggressively danceable, original tracks, along with two re-workings of Latin American children's songs, Magic Trix recalls the spirit and whacked-out mentality found in the best moments of Rip, Rig and Panic, DNA and The Contortions and others, while simultaneously exploring Rubinos' Cuban, Puerto Rican and American musical roots.

[This album] stopped me in my tracks…imaginative and creative and unlike anything I expected…such a strong record – Felix Contreras, NPR

Visceral, danceable noise-pop… energy and immediacy [that's] so strange and alien I haven't been able to get my head around it…a good problem to have. – Peter Margasak, CHICAGO READER
