Nominees include Chick Corea, Ledisi, Kurt Elling, Jazzmeia Horn and Taylor Eigsti

The Recording Academy has announced nominees for the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards, the preeminent honor for excellence in music and the only peer-selected music accolade. Chart Room Media recording artists received a total of seven nominations, including Ledisi’s Ledisi Sings Nina in the category of Best Traditional Pop Vocal album and Taylor Eigsti’s Tree Falls in the category of Best Contemporary Instrumental Album.
 
The legendary Chick Corea posthumously earned three nominations: one in the category of Best Classical Compendium for Plays (Concord) and two for Acoustic Band LIVE (Concord) in the categories of Best Jazz Instrumental Album and Best Improvised Jazz Solo for “Humpty Dumpty (Set 2).” Jazzmeia Horn’s Dear Love (Empress Legacy Records) scored a nomination in the category of Best Large Jazz Ensemble Album and Kurt Elling’s SupeBlue (Edition Records) received a nomination in the category of Best Jazz Vocal Album.
 
GRAMMY winners will be announced on Monday, January 31, 2022, on the CBS Television Network and stream live and on demand on Paramount+ from 8–11:30 pm ET / 5–8:30 pm PT. Prior to the telecast, the GRAMMY Awards Premiere Ceremony will be held at the Microsoft Theater at 12:30 pm PT/3:30 pm ET and will be streamed live on GRAMMY.com.
