It’s the latest praise for Rubinos this year as her recently released debut ‘Magic Trix’ has seen accolades from NPR, The Wall Street Journal and tons more. Pitchfork says Rubinos’s music “recalls tUnE-yArDs, Battles, Camille, and the melodies of St. Vincent’s ‘Marry Me'” and calls her “a unique new pop personality.”
Rubinos plays Cameo Gallery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn this Friday before heading out on tour with Man Man, playing her largest venues to date.
